We specialize in player development, specifically in the areas: hitting, pitching, and strength and conditioning. At CBC we are able to help a wide range of players through our comprehensive initial assessments, combined with leveraging our in house technology to make better decisions for our player’s development.

Established in 1996, Blue Wave Baseball is one of the oldest and most respected club baseball organizations in Orange County.

Blue Wave teams have played more than 10,000 games over the years and won more than 175 tournaments, 12 national championships, and been ranked on multiple occasions over the years.

More importantly, more than 450 Blue Wave alumni have played or are playing collegiate baseball at some of the top programs in the country, including UCI, USC, UCLA, Oregon, Cal State University Fullerton, Stanford, PENN, Gonzaga, USF, University of Miami, Pepperdine, Long Beach State, Fresno State, Nebraska, Indiana, Kansas, Sacramento State, UCSB, Santa Clara, Clemson and more. More than three dozen Blue Wave alumni have played or are playing in the MLB ranks as well.

Building on this foundation, Blue Wave now fields 11U through 18U club youth baseball teams based in Irvine, CA, at the Orange County Great Park and train and play on a regular basis in some of the top local, regional, and national tournaments and showcase events.

All Blue Wave teams are professionally coached and managed by some of the leading trainers, coaches, and administrators in Southern California.

Looking to take your game to the next level? Nutrition plays an integral part in optimizing performance. Rachael is a registered dietitian (RD) with a master’s degree in exercise science who specializes in sports and performance nutrition for elite athletes.

Rachael has worked with all levels of athlete from the youth level to the Olympic level. She can help you identify nutrition strategies to help improve performance, gain weight, change body composition, and recover from an injury. Nutrition doesn’t have to be confusing.

I am a current professional pitcher having spent time with the Cincinnati Reds, Minnesota Twins, and Cleveland Indians. My pitching lessons focus on proper movement sequencing and lower half training to allow kids to maximize their athleticism.
