What is The Pro’s List?
The Pro’s List is an online platform that connects athletes to the sports service providers in their community. The Pro’s List was founded and designed by pro athletes who were tired of relying on word of mouth referrals and generic websites while trying to navigate the fractured industry of sports training.
How do I use The Pro’s List?
FOR THE ATHLETE
The Pro’s List is completely free! No credit cards, no sign-ups, no hassles. Just find your sport, select your desired service, and let us know where you’re at! Then browse through all the Pros in your area so that you can make the most informed decision possible.
FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER
Sign up now! Join our list of Pros to help grow your business and become visible to athletes all over the country. Become a member by clicking “JOIN AS A PRO” at the top of the page.
How much does The Pro’s List cost?
The Pro’s List is completely free for athletes and parents to find a service provider. To be listed on our platform as a service provider, the membership fee is $20 a month
I can’t get a hold of the service provider I’d like to work with? Can you help?
Sure! Send us an email, DM, or give us a call at (602) 738-3003. We will help facilitate any problem you encounter on The Pro’s List.
How do I submit feedback about the website itself?
Please send us an email! We love to hear any questions, concerns, or general feedback about The Pro’s List.
How do I leave a review for the service provider I found using The Pro’s List?
There is a “submit a review” button at the top right of every service provider’s personal page. Leave a review and it will be sent to our team at The Pro’s List.
How will the review system work?
To avoid the problem of fake reviews, The Pro’s List has set up an email monitoring system. User reviews will be submitted to The Pro’s List and added to the ratings and reviews tab following a legitimacy verification.
How do I search through the results list by something other than distance?
At this time, The Pro’s List is organized exclusively by geographic distance. As the site grows, we are continuing to aggregate ratings and reviews. Websites with limited reviews serve little purpose. In the future, The Pro’s List will be searchable by ratings.
What if I have a bad experience with a service provider I have found on The Pro’s List?
The Pro’s List wants all feedback on any service provider listed on the website. If the issue with a service provider is more than just a “bad experience”, please contact us with specifics about the situation and we will take into consideration if the service provider should maintain their status on The Pro’s List.
How do I stay up to date with new features that become available on The Pro’s List?
Join our email list! At the bottom of the “Home” page you will see a location to enter your email and click the “Sign Up” button.
What is the benefit to being on the email list?
