Science & technology driven training programs to optimize athletic performance. Our coaching staff has professional experience at the agent, coach, and player levels of baseball. Pitching and strength & mobility training under the same roof allows our coaches to work together to accomplish our client’s goals and provides our athletes with a convenient one-stop location. Working together as one performance department helps us monitor an athlete’s workload to make sure they are not being overworked in any aspect of their training. Our coaches are on the same page with the plan for each athlete, and they work together seamlessly to help the athlete reach their goals. For example, if our bullpen assessment shows a lack of internal hip rotation in a pitcher that is limiting their velocity, that information is relayed to our strength coach who will develop an individualized program to increase hip mobility.
Strength & Mobility
3D Elite Performance uses technology to take the guesswork out of strength training. You don’t need a one-size-fits-all workout plan that caters to all athletes and guesses about their needs. Our thorough assessment, using advanced technology, captures all of the necessary information to provide a detailed glimpse of you as an athlete. Only then can we deliver the proper, individualized program that will give you the best roadmap to gaining strength while increasing your mobility and stability as well. Every athlete is built differently, so every athlete’s strength training program should be built differently.
Training includes:
A full assessment to understand you as an athlete, including a 30-point checklist to get a clear picture of your needs and establish a baseline profile
The assessment uses advanced technology to screen for joint mobility, force production, and peak power output
Periodic re-assessments to track your progress and make any needed adjustments to your training program
Use of scientifically proven strength training principles such as contrast training to increase post activation potentiation (PAP), non-linear periodization for program development, and velocity based training (VBT) to properly program the weight and reps in your training program to achieve the best results
Pitching & Throwing
Our pitching training is intended to develop pitchers that are healthy, throw hard, are strong and mobile, and throw multiple quality pitches. Training includes:
Individualized monthly programming managed on Driveline TRAQ
Full warm-up and post throwing recovery
Mechanical patterning using overload and underload balls
Throwing programs include: Velocity Development, Mound Development, Return to Throwing, Pitch Design, Command Training, In-Season Training, On-Ramping, Position Player Training.

Small group training in a competitive environment available Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm. Also available on Saturdays from 9am-2pm.
