Description

Athletic Edge Physical Therapy is owned by Dr. Natasha Hastings DPT, CSCS, CF-L1 who has been practicing physical therapy close to 9 years. She provides physical therapy and strength & conditioning coaching, with a focus on field & court athletes, and  CrossFit/functional strength training athletes.

Each client receives 60 minutes, 1 on 1 sessions, whether it is rehab related or pure strength and conditioning. The difference between Athletic Edge PT and other companies is that you will transition from rehab exercises into strength & conditioning programming for your sport. Dr. Natasha Hastings will push you to be stronger, faster, and more agile than you were pre-injury to prevent injury happening again.

Dr. Hastings  practices primarily out of a functional strength training gym located right in Pacific Beach, San Diego. She also will coach and provide rehab to athletes at local sports fields to help them train in their true environment.

Testimonials

“Natasha does an absolute thorough evaluation and treatment, and I saw the results and disappearance of the issue after only a few days of doing her prescribed home exercises. Unlike ALL the other PT clinics, Natasha evaluates and treats you from start to finish!” -R. P. Google Review

I came in to see Natasha because of limited ankle mobility. Not only was she well educated, but she was also very professional in her approach and took her time to explain everything she was doing.” -K.M Google Review

“Dr. Natasha is a great person, coach and therapist! The quality in her that is most apparent to me is that she CARES. She will do her best to find that spot that seems impossible to get to, and then come up with a solid action plan for recovery. I’ve been in competitive fitness for years (CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting); I’ve had many “tweaks” – I highly recommend her to anyone looking to stay “in the game” or to simply keep a healthy quality of life.” -J.C.
