Description

Josh is the owner and founder of Reidt Fitness Systems. He has been training athletes for over 15 years and specializes in working with the elite baseball player. After his own career ending injury, Josh developed a serious passion for injury prevention and this remains at the core of all of his programming. Josh prides himself on the relationships that he builds with each athlete and is motivated to help them unlock their highest potential.

In addition to providing training at his private facility, Josh is also the head strength coach for the Evoshield Canes, the Huntington Beach Oilers and the J Serra Lions.
